Vertical Computer Systems is a provider of administrative software, Internet core technologies, and derivative software application products through its distribution network. VCSY's main administrative software product is emPath®, which is developed and distributed by NOW Solutions, Inc., the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary. VCSY's primary Internet core technologies include SiteFlash, ResponseFlash, NewsFlash, and the Emily XML Scripting Language, which can be used to build web services. Information on Vertical and its products can be obtained on the World Wide Web at www.vcsy.com.

For TPF users, VCSY has licensed StatePointPlus® and ImmuneApp® to provide Security, Performance Monitoring, Management and compliance.

StatePointPlus is an intelligent System Baseline Management (SBM) patented technology that was originally developed by Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC to control the integrity of computer systems used to perform critical analysis and real-time plant parameter monitoring in the highly regulated commercial nuclear power industry.  StatePointPlus can monitor and prevent problems and even automate disaster recovery. StatePointPlus provides detailed reports regarding compliance such as Sarbannes-Oxley and HIPPA.  StatePointPlus works with all main management frameworks such as SMS, CA Unicenter, Tivoli, etc.

ImmuneApp is a security software that allows a system administrator to limit or stop the use of unauthorized programs (Unlicensed software, Viruses, Trojans, Spyware, Adware and malicious code).   ImmuneApp patent-pending technology never has to be updated with a current list of Viruses, Spyware and the like. The system intercepts every program that is beginning to execute and verifies the program against a list of authorized programs.  If the program is not authorized, it will be stopped and deleted, and the system administrator will be notified of this action.
